Consigna d'equipatge al Coex Mall de Seül

My mother and I stored 2 large suitcases and a medium bag at Goodlugg Coex branch. The place is easy to find with a sign at the library and convenient with the airport station so close by! The staff 준규 (Joonkyu/Jason) helped us immediately upon contact and was easily reached, he went above and beyond, answering any questions we had about our luggage and about Korea! He also went out of his way to provide us directions around Coex and to the bus station. We would like to thank him heaps as we would have gotten lost without him!

シフト３回目？という若い男性が対応してくれました。申し訳なさそうに先輩に電話をかけてKLOOKでの予約の処理の仕方を聞いていて笑いました。とても親切で対応も早かったです。受け取りもスムーズでした。荷物を預けて、近くの漢江公園でラーメンを食べました。リムジンバスもCOEXから出ているので、大きな荷物で移動することがなく大変楽です。

Very nice staff, we got excellent help with our luggage. the storage room is just under the iconic library.

After checking out, it was really convenient to shop until I went to ride the limousine bus. And the staff was friendly.

対応が丁寧で、荷物をピックアップ後空港バスに乗る予定だとわかると、乗り場までの詳しい行き方を写真を見せながら教えてくれました。バスの時間が迫っていたので、とても助かりました。

so easy to find nearby starbucks in Starfield Library. the lady is kind to help and inform me the shortest way to Coex City Airport Limousine so I don’t get lost. very recommended for someone who have a late night flight but want to spend the day getting last minute shopping. they also have weighing machine in case you want to know your luggage weight before checking in to the airport.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, helping customers choose the best option based on their travel needs. Prices are reasonable.

Do not pay for the storage bag service. These people are no longer here.
