新加盟KLook 的商戶, 中伏了。完全沒性價比，照騙，三十年前的設備。去到玻璃門是上鎖，不知道我們有預約，搞了十分鐘，不停打電話問。跟曼谷的Diora 完全沒法比。半價也不值，一開始就跟我們說，今天沒有蒸的服務，毛巾當地布也會嫌舊的。按摩油也沒用熱毛巾幫我們抹掉。超級差的體驗。完全浪費了三個小時。絕對不要試。 There is no value of money at all. I was expecting a decent spa. We paid the price similar to what we spent in Bangkok's Diora. This one is 30 years old equipement and decoration. The towel is old. They are the new joiner of KLook, we are absolutely disappointed to try something new in KLook. They didnt realised there is a reservation amd the front door was locked. It took them 10 mins to clarify what is happening. After oil massage, they didnt use hot towel on our body. I don't think it is the staff issue. It is pretty how the hotel can set this high price with such a quality. Waste three hours of our valuable travel time.

按摩師一般, 力度沒調校得好；浸腳的水比較涼, 磨砂身體後到沐浴間沖身, 水龍頭的水又冷又細, 整個過程腳部不停抽筋, 感受不太舒服；門外酒店泳池境色很美

首先到達店舖時店家並不知道我的訂單 令到我的行程受阻 我們以為收到確認就以為是成功預約 不過店員亦很盡力為我們安排時間 因為我們當天就要離開 在1小時後可以順利做水療 不過冷氣實在太凍了，亦沒有熱水 所以有着空間 即使去完成水療 亦亦有電郵顯示我沒有到達 第一次這樣體驗
