The highlight of our Thailand trip! We booked the half-day morning program through Klook, which included convenient hotel pickup and drop-off. We visited on a Wednesday, and there were only 7 guests, including us, making the experience feel very personal. Camp 1 has 7 rescued female elephants, and we had plenty of time to interact with them without feeling rushed. We enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks before the tour, then learned so much about the elephants from the amazing guides, who spoke excellent English and clearly loved and cared for them. We prepared their food, fed them bananas, gave them a mud spa, bathed them, played with them in the water, and even made eco-friendly paper from elephant dung. After the activities, we enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch and received a free eco bag. Everything was well organized and unforgettable. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Pattaya!

It was amazing, i went with my brothers, the 3 of us had so much fun and the guide was very patient and flexible. We had a quick crush course on how to ride for about 10 mins and off to the road we where, its an amazing experience plus water and snacks. Definitely recommend 👌

Tot i que el salt va ser emocionant, el paisatge de sota no era tan impressionant com s'esperava, ja que no era una vista de l'horitzó oceànic. No obstant això, segueix sent una aventura fantàstica.

What a ripper! This was well orchestrated and super fun. Definitely recommended! The team was attentive with an absolute focus on safety. Exactly what it should be and a really amazing experience!

Deng Zheng, a Mandarin-speaking conservationist, ensured there were no communication issues throughout the entire process, and he taught us a lot about elephants. There are no shows or riding activities at the sanctuary; the elephants live freely after being fully protected. We were able to feed them, bathe with them, and walk alongside them. While other Klook sanctuaries offer elephant dung paper-making, this one does not. However, the conservationist took us on a tour of the sanctuary, introducing us to each elephant and their stories, and we had ample time to interact with them. It's definitely an experience worth trying. Since there are quite a few wild grasses when walking around the sanctuary, it's best to wear light long pants, and it's also a good idea to change clothes after bathing with the elephants. This activity is meaningful and well worth experiencing for both adults and children.👍👍👍👍👍

The entire activity felt rushed and too fast. There was no time between each stop to pause, take photos, or rest. There was only one rest stop where you could drink water. However, the coach was very good and treated us to mangosteens from their garden. Besides ziplining, you can also ride ATVs and shoot real firearms, but these activities are all completed within 15 minutes. Half a day is enough time to enjoy everything.

This is a zoo where you can see animals relatively close up in a spacious natural environment. Both the Green Zone and Pink Zone are worth seeing, but feeding experiences are only available in the Green Zone, where you can feed rhinoceroses, elephants, giraffes, and capybaras. Many people suggest watching the elephant show first and then taking pictures with the elephants, but surprisingly, elephants often don't eat the food, instead taking it with their trunks and then discarding it on the ground. Giraffes, however, eat everything you give them and make for great photos, so I personally recommend them. Monkeys can often be aggressive, so it's best not to leave any items in your cart. Also, the two-hour cart return limit goes by quickly when you're feeding animals, so manage your time well. For the elephant show, watching for just 5 minutes is enough, as the rest is repetitive, so moving on quickly is a good strategy. Our driver, Tamm, assigned by Klook, was very kind and friendly, taking photos and providing guidance, which made for a smooth and comfortable journey. We had no concerns about the driver at all.
