value for money. pick up was delayed. show is revolving one so we didn't miss anything. after Rave there is lack of information and co-ordination. no one knows what is included in the voucher. lot of calls to clarify. except show which was value for money. could have avoided

I am disappointed that no one come to hotel to pick up us to join the pattaya night tour. We arrived the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the pick up time. We tried to call the contact number which provided in the Klook voucher, but it was a invalid number. Finally, we waited until 7:30 and go to the show venue by ourselves. We paid extra 3000 baht for the show ticket.

Some banks can take up to 15-30 days or until your next billing cycle. Kindly check with your payment solution company for other payment methods such as PayPal.
