My family and I went on this half-day tour with Jack, our tour guide. Jack was extremely accomodating and friendly, ensuring that we were comfortable the entire time. He was very knowledgeable about the village’s historic aspects and communicated well with our tour group. We took a small group tour, and the eight of us took a bus to the floating village and a boat to a restaurant on the water. We really liked the small group setting as it helped us to feel more heard and at ease. Jack was super helpful and answered all of our questions!

cool tour with insightful guide. unfortunately went during the dry season so the river was barely there but still fun. and got to try crocodile meat wich was a plus.

It was an amazing adventure! I got to see some incredible, authentic places. Our guide, Mr. Kim, was very knowledgeable and kind; he organized a delicious picnic for us by the waterfall. I highly recommend this tour if you want to create memories that will last a lifetime.

事前のワッツアップでの必要な荷物等の確認から始まり、最後のささやかなギフトまで最高のおもてなしのツアーでした。ドライバーさんもガイドのマカラさんも、常に私たちに気をかけてくださいました。丁寧な英語での説明や、車に戻るたびに冷たいおしぼりと冷たい水をくださり、快適な旅をすることができました。ランチもとても美味しかったです(^^)クーレン山でのトレッキング、滝遊び、ベンメリア、トンレサップなど、全てが完璧で無駄のない行程でした。みなさんもぜひ参加してみてください！個人ではできない多くの体験ができると思います。ちなみに、バスの中では充電もでき、wifiも使えました！

다른 여행객이 없어서 추가 비용을 지불하고 프라이빗 투어로 진행했습니다. 툭툭으로 신청했는데 SUV Car로 변경해줬습니다. 이동하는 길이 비포장도로라서 먼지가 엄청나게 많이 납니다.

The tour was such an amazing experience. Our guide Mr. Chut was very insightful and made the tour even more enjoyable. It was great to be able to visit the floating village and take a peak into the local life. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. We especially loved the mangrove canoe as it was unlike anything we’ve ever done before. One thing to be aware of is that the mangrove tour is not included in the fee.

ツアーガイドはTola さんでした。全部で18人くらいいたと思います。日本人は自分1人だけで、他は英語圏の人、英語を流暢に話す国の人が多かったです。私は多少英語ができるのですが、もしも自信ない人はちょっと難しいかもなと思いました。説明ももちろん全部英語ですし、マングローブの間を行くボートに乗るかどうかも、1人参加の人でで乗りたい人いる？って感じだったのでここで手を挙げてなかったら乗れなかったと思います。1人参加でもう1人乗りたい人がいたのでその人と2人で乗りました。基本2人で11ドルだそうです。参加者の中で、ボートに乗ったのは4人だけでしたが、乗ってよかったです。最初マングローブの中をずっと通るだけで、乗らなくてもよかったかな？と思っていましたが、水上生活をしている人たちのところ近くまで行ってくれたのが1番よかったです。その前に街を少し歩きましたが、みんなで一緒にささっと見て回る感じだったので物足りませんでした。なのでボートで近くまで行けたのでよかったです。ボートに乗らなかった人たちは、私たちがボート乗ってる30分くらいの間、ずっと同じ売店の前で座って待っていたそうです。Tolaさんのガイドは話も分かりやすく、知らないこともたくさん知れたのでよかったです。写真も撮るかどうか声をかけてくれました。ありがとうございました:)

The rating is because of the tour guide and not the provider. Was told to be ready by 2:30 or be left but then picked up at 3:40 without any information from the provider. With all the tours even in Cambodia the tour guide connects with the guest and keeps them informed of the pickup time but nothing like that happened here and on reporting the same the provider was just repeating very rudely its a shared tour. Though the guide made up for provider's behaviour, the tour ended up on a good note with beautiful sunset view but the tour included refreshments but we were only provided water.
