This was a great tour! The tour guide, An, was an incredible guide! She shared very helpful facts and beautiful pictures of Mt Fuji across the different seasons. It was a foggy day so we didn’t get a great view but An gave us great pictures that made up for the fog

Unfortunately, it rained on our day, but that didn't stop our guide Yuri from keeping her good mood. She's super! We found her really nice; we saw many iconic spots, she gave us lots of tips on what to do and where, and she really took great care of us. We're so glad we were on bikes with her, hopefully we'll see her again on our next trip! Matta ne! 💕

The tour was very well organized and we enjoyed it, even though Mount Fuji was hidden behind a thick cloud cover. It would be desirable if all participants were informed beforehand via WhatsApp.

We were a bit confused because the guide couldn't speak English well, but she put in the effort to translate using Google Translate, and we really appreciated it. We were very unlucky as it rained heavily yesterday with a typhoon, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji at all. But overall, we were very satisfied with the places we visited, especially the Mount Fuji 5th Station where it was so cold, and the best part was shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets. Hope to visit again next time when we can finally see Mount Fuji!

Our guide, Jack "Captain" Jack, was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the weather, it was a lovely day with everyone. He shared the most important information with us, which made things even easier. Plus, he's a super photographer!

On March 27, 2026, I took a day trip to Lake Kawaguchiko, hoping to see the cherry blossoms during the season, but they hadn't bloomed yet 🫠. The weather was decent, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see the full view of Mount Fuji. I was very lucky that day to have a female tour guide, Xu Jin, who provided detailed explanations at each scenic spot and was incredibly polite and wonderful. When we arrived at Arakurayama Sengen Park, we could see Mount Fuji. Due to time constraints, I didn't climb the five-story pagoda, but on the way back, I bought a beautiful Mount Fuji bag and strawberries from a vendor. We had lunch at Oshino Hakkai, which was a small park. At Lake Kawaguchiko, we took the cable car to the top, where we could see the entire lake and Mount Fuji. We also briefly explored the shopping street. I look forward to seeing the complete Mount Fuji on a day with better weather next time.

We had a wonderful experience with our driver, Joe during our trip to Lake Kawaguchi and the surrounding areas to see Mount Fuji. He was punctual, friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the day. He drove safely and comfortably, took us to the best viewpoints, and was patient while we explored and took photos. His knowledge of the area also made the trip much easier and more enjoyable, especially as we wanted to see as much of Mount Fuji as possible. We truly appreciated his excellent service, warm attitude, and attention to our needs. He made our day trip smooth, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and professional driver around the Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi area!

I chose this tour because I wanted to visit both Oishi Park and Mt. Fuji 5th Station, and I was very satisfied! The bus was comfortable, and the guide was fluent in both Chinese and Korean, so I could enjoy the trip without any inconvenience. We were the only Koreans on the tour, so the guide explained the attractions to the other participants first, then came to our seats to give us a separate explanation, which was great. Thanks to their tips on photo spots, souvenir recommendations, and food suggestions, we were able to enjoy the attractions even more! I booked a package that didn't include the cable car ticket, but with the guide's help, I was able to purchase a ticket on-site. The view of Mt. Fuji and the lake from Mt. Kachi Kachi was truly beautiful. The reason I wanted to visit Oishi Park at this time of year was because it was lavender season! The park was full of lavender, and it was so pretty. The park wasn't as big as I expected, so I didn't feel rushed while looking around and taking photos. I did wish I could have stayed a bit longer in Kawaguchiko village to eat, shop, and see the ponds. I was most looking forward to Mt. Fuji 5th Station, but unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, so I couldn't see Mt. Fuji clearly, which was a bit disappointing. I'd love to join a Mt. Fuji tour again when the weather is good, and I was so satisfied that I'd want to book this tour again. Especially thanks to our kind guide, I'd really like to do so!
