I was very impressed with Next Tour's service for a 10-hour private Fuji tour. The team's coordination was excellent; they created a chat group in advance to confirm the itinerary and contact numbers. Our driver, Mr. Shrestha, arrived before the scheduled time, was very polite, and drove smoothly and safely. Even though it rained on the day of our tour and the weather wasn't ideal, making it difficult to see Mount Fuji clearly, Mr. Shrestha made an effort to take care of us and helped us check in at various spots. He communicated well in English, which made the trip very smooth. I highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to Japan with family or friends.

After arriving at Shibuya on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line, I went to pick up my item. If you follow the route to exits A0-A3, there's a restroom on your right. The pick-up counter is located across from it. Japanese citizens can also pick up items here. There was no need to show a passport or ID. I think being able to purchase and hold a Tokyu one-day pass in advance is a significant advantage.

I had the same chinese driver for 2 continuous days. Driver was helpful and we enjoy the safe journey throughout these 2 days. Driver put in effort by dropping us off at a pathway that could direct us to an elevator to enter the mall and also pick up us based on our pin location as we are too tired to walk back to the original drop off point.

He patiently waited at each attraction and even proactively helped us with our luggage, taking care of every small detail. Spending two days traveling through the foothills of Mount Fuji and the mountains of Hakone, enjoying lake views and volcanic landscapes, made the entire trip relaxed and pleasant. We didn't have to worry about public transport schedules or endure constant transfers under the sun, making our travel experience incredibly fulfilling. This is very useful for a day trip to Yokohama, including lunch, when traveling to Tokyo. After exchanging your voucher for physical tickets (train ticket, meal voucher) at the Shibuya Station B1F Tourist Information Center, scan the QR code on the ticket envelope for detailed information on available restaurants and menus. From Shibuya Station, I took the Tokyu Toyoko Line express train and arrived at Yokohama Chinatown in just 50 minutes. I explored the beach park, dined at Hong Kong Daebanjeom in Chinatown, and then toured the tourist attractions along the Minatomirai Line. Highly recommended! You could also spend the morning in central Tokyo, then come here for an early dinner and a night view tour.
