great experience! the guide Ayuri was the sweetest and funniest! she was knowledgeable and even gave us tips on Japanese alphabet. the chef was very good and took time teaching with Ayuri as translator. All supplies were good. I was thrilled at the Ramen I made and ate so quickly and easily! the broth and other ingredients were delicious! it was a bit small in the restaurant but typical for Japan. I would definitely book again!
We (me, husband and 18 yo son and 17 yo daughter) had an incredible morning cooking with Ken and the talented chef at this cozy restaurant! Ken was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, explaining every step with patience and a smile (interpreting what the Japanese chef was saying) The chef was – funny and engaging, Even though we could only speak English, and he could only speak Japanese. When he was pleased with what step we’d finished he would give a thumbs up and say ‘delicious’. We got to make our own noodles from scratch for the ramen, which was such a fun and unique experience. Also we made fried rice and gyoza from scratch . Everything we created were absolutely ‘delicious!’ The restaurant itself is cozy and charming, which seems to add to the Japanese way of small spaces and multi use areas. We enjoyed the day and would recommend.

Everything about this experience was perfect. Meeting Yuki-San at the station and being guided back to the venue was so easy and her explanations and conversation were so enjoyable. Our ramen master was so lovely too. They help you make delicious ramen, gyoza and fried rice from scratch. Also delicious drinks. It was such a great experience and one of the highlights from our trip to Japan. Recommend to everyone for an amazing experience.

This was so much fun! we had a great time and were happy to have an activity different from just sightseeing. The guide and chef were super friendly and it was a very enjoyable evening. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful time learning how to cook Ramen and make dumplings. Yukon and Chef Ai were so helpful and sweet. My 10 and 13 year old really enjoyed the experience. If you’re looking for a authentic Ramen experience you should definitely book this class.
Yuki and chef were amazing hosts. thank you for your teaching and hospitality. well worth the time and money if you’re wanting to immerse yourself in all things ramen. lunch was lovely and we also had a sake tasting alongside.
I loved the experience of making ramen from scratch! It was super fun and I will definitely try ro replicate this ar home when I get back 😊 we made Ramen, Gyoza and some fried rice - so definitely come hungry. The instructor and guide Rika were very friendly and helpful!
Such a fun experience! The guide spoke fantastic English and explained everything really clearly. The food was absolutely delicious, and there was so much of it, I couldn’t finish! Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Japanese food and wants to try making their own.
