The Sovereign Hill tour guide was very friendly. However, there were a few disappointments. The Klook description mentioned that we could dress up in authentic 1850s attire, but we didn't see any opportunity to do so. The botanical gardens were also underwhelming; they didn't have any flowers, just regular plants. The indoor greenhouse, which might have had flowers, was under renovation. As a result, visiting the botanical gardens felt like a waste of time. They should not have included this stop in the itinerary if it wasn't open.

Our tour got cancelled TWICE! When the tour was initially cancelled, we asked it to be moved on another date. We had to adjust our schedule for that. But we got another cancellation on the night before of the rescheduled tour. Such a hassle!

We arrived at the designated pickup location, "Eureka Tower, Southbank Riverfront Wharf Berth 7, Melbourne," by 7:10 AM on August 12th. However, the pickup bus had not arrived by 8:12 AM. We also tried calling the local tour provider, Wine Hop and Coastal Tours, but no one answered.
