This time I went to four European countries (England, France, the Netherlands and Belgium) and the internet was smooth. If you have any questions, you can contact customer service through WhatsApp and the replies are all timely. I choose the one with the door number calling function. It is very convenient to have a local number to receive text messages for making restaurant reservations, hailing taxis, etc.
It was easy to use, just follow the instructions and scan the qr code. You can take a screenshot then scan the QR code if you have no access to paper printout. Only issue I had was that, I was meant to use it on the 27th and on the 26th when I was meant to receive it. I had not so that was quite nerve-racking experience. I had made contact with Klook customer service as well as the company's email and whatsapp. I was flying to another country for transit prior reaching London so was very worried I would not have a network to connect to. Luckily, I had sent an email to Jeslin who initially sent me my confirmation email, and less that half hour, I received my QR code. It was so easy to use after that. I enetered the eSim details then when I got to London, I simply turned on the roaming and eSim, had restarted my phone 2x, then viola, I have had stable network in London and 5 other countries in Europe. Will definitely get next time although maybe give a day allowance
It claims to have 5G, but in actual use there is no 5G signal, and the speed is only usable. However, the local door number is attached, making it easy to contact hotels and restaurants.
