Traditional Japanese Crafts Making Experience in Tokyo

The Japanese instructor was very patient and friendly, she guides you step by step despite not speaking much English. overall experience was super fun and chill!

This is so wonderful! I saw it on TikTok and made a reservation on Klook, and it didn't disappoint. It was a lot of fun to make a coin purse with a mini keychain! I was a little nervous because I'm not good at handicrafts, but the teacher's explanation was very easy to understand. It was especially helpful for us who can't speak Japanese! It was fun to choose my own cloth and paste it all with glue!

it was such an amazing experience. It's only one group at a time during the time slot you boom, so it makes for such an beautiful and intimate experience with whomever you are with. Did this with my brother, he made a wallet and I made an eyeglasses case

I had a fun experience with the bookmark making workshop. I was alone so it was like a private class. I managed to make 4 bookmarks in the hour - making the knots were challenging but doable with the teacher’s guidance.

What a fun experience! My daughter and I were able to enjoy making our unique glass cases and coin purses, so much so that I made an extra one to give as a gift! The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, it was worth the money, time and the 10ish minute walk from the train station.

Our whole group greatly enjoyed the knot-tying class. The instructor was friendly and helpful. Excellent cultural activity in a very cute, artsy neighborhood. Thank you!

Hands down one of my favourite experiences in Tokyo! It was just me in the class so I got extra hands on time with the teacher & she was the sweetest and kindest person ever! I brought materials and am going to keep practicing myself 🤞fingers crossed I can do teacher proud

We had lovely experience with Yuko-san making purses from traditional fabrics! the process was much easier than expected and Yuko-san was very kind and helpful during the process! Definitely recommend for anyone to try!

we had the room to ourselves and had one-on-one attention and help throughout the entire process. there were so many beautiful fabrics to choose from it was so hard to pick! 10/10 would do it again!
