Ordering birthday cakes through Klook is discounted and very convenient. The birthday cakes are delicious. After placing the order, the hotel staff will call to confirm within a day and ask if you want to write a birthday message on the cake. Very satisfied.

I found booking through Klook very convenient before, and the hotel staff were polite and the cake was delicious, so I ordered again. This time, the cheesecake was also very tasty.

I’m a regular customer of Dolce 88 at the JW Marriott, and I recently ordered their cake through Klook for the first time. Their fruit cake is delicious, and it’s even better when purchased at a discount!

The cake is delicious, and the biscuits remained crispy even after a few hours. The sweetness of the fruit is well-balanced. However, personally, I think the presentation could be improved. Adding a few pieces of fruit on top would make it less monotonous, and also show what kind of fruit is in it. Also, for takeaway orders, more cardboard supports should be added to secure the cake. Currently, it's only held in place by the cream, which isn't sturdy enough, and there was some shifting. The price is reasonable and it's good value for money.

The customer service was very polite. After ordering, they proactively called to ask if I needed a chocolate plaque and what I wanted to write on it. The cake was delicious and beautiful, and the fruit was fresh. Highly recommended.

The cake is very chocolatey, no Earl Gray flavor, eating a little more will get greasy, but overall good, the chocolate decoration on top is very exquisite. The service was also very good.

The Earl Gray Tea Chocolate Cake has a rich tea and chocolate flavor and a smooth texture. I will order it again next time. A wooden knife and candle will be included when you pick up your order.
