Their staffs are so friendly and the accomodated us so well, just be prepared if you have anything add ons.

all staff are accommodating, they would even give you suggestions of the kimono that is fit for you, and knowing that drinking water in Japan is expensive especially during summer season, they don't bother to refill our tumbler with water free of charge. i highly recommend them and when i go back to japan, ill surely again rent kimono from them

Staff were all very friendly and efficient. A LOT of pretty options. We booked 9am slot but arrived almost 10am, staff were very understanding as we came from Osaka. Took 15 mins to change and they told us to return at 5pm. It was raining and they provided umbrella and heat packs. At the end of the day they gave us a printed photo as souvenir. Extremely near Fushimi Inari shrine. Definitely will patronize them again next time! Thank you!

we really enjoyed our time here, the staff are very sweet and helpful, they even took a picture of us! and there is so many beautiful outfits to choose, and they also did my hair so fast and beautiful!! highly recommended, definitely would visit again, arigatōgozaimasu🙏🏻🤍✨
