One of the most value for money trip I went before, for a paltry 10 dollars I think, we were entitled to an entrance in the museum plus a voucher to spend at their cafe, which served delectable cakes. I was glad I booked the trip, although I had some misgivings in booking the trip at first. This is because I did not had a design background I was afraid looking at all the exhibits would be like Greek for me . How've I could not be more wrong. It is because the explanation panel was in precise but simple English. Aside from avant garde design that dazzle the eyes, more importantly there were many innovative day to day inventions that are relevant to our daily life, one of the most memorable for me was a portable airconditioner that was integrated into the clothes we wear.

A museum that showcases products that won the Red Dot Award. Good to visit if you are into industrial design or just want to discover innovative products.

My second time here they had some new items but generally the rest is the same. Would be good to have more interactive activities.

The museum was smaller than expected but it was a neat little space to see all the products awarded with the red dot design award! I used the $5 voucher to get Tiger Balm, hope to see more affordable options for purchase in the future!

The exhibition hall is not big, and the exhibits are very crowded. You will finish browsing quickly. You need to let others pass by when viewing. You can buy minimalist backpacks. The staff is very friendly and can speak Mandarin.
