The half section of the museum was closed as we arrived late for the museum. Liked the history section of the museum especially.

The Glass Rotunda is a must to visit at level 2. If you are going with kids, make sure to visit Standford Gallery post Level 1 Singapore history, great place for kids to have fun, then visit the level 2 history section and then the glass Rotunda.

The museum is very informative about Singapore’s history looked at from different angles. It is a pity that we had to go through it in a hurry as we had to leave Singapore that day. Inside, we can also see a story of the forest which is very creative, which convert drawings of flora & fauna into 3-D digital animations. We also enjoyed the Singapore-made gourmet ice cream sandwich (see photos attached)

It’s gonna take the whole day to bask in art like this. Such interactive and interesting artworks. The museum has great way of educating its visitors about the history of Singapore. The only con here is that there’s limited wifi connectivity and maybe it could help if there’s a written guide on recommended chronology of exhibits. Either way, you can go wherever you want and still appreciate every single gallery. Also, kuddos for the scent exhibit. Who would have thought?
