A must-do experience when visiting the Daintree Rainforest. The starting point is easy to find in Daintree Village, which is essentially one street in a small town. It's quiet and beautiful, and the elderly gentleman who gave the tour was likely a local resident; he was very thorough and professional. There are many crocodiles in the Daintree River, and they are commonly seen even in winter. Enjoy the rare, peaceful scenery!
We saw countless alligators, as well as snakes and birds. This is a boat tour where feeding isn't allowed, so it's very safe, and the guide was very dedicated in their explanations.
The tour was relatively inexpensive but without your own car, the location is very hard to reach. We got to see two sleeping Crocs hiding under bushes, some wild birds, some sheeps, and that was about it. The guide was nice but the experience was neither exciting nore very memorable.
our skipper was so knowledgeable and we saw 3 crocs on the sunbeds. best time to see them is during winter months
very informative cruise with Jan. whilst we only saw 2 crocodiles it was still a very pleasant way to spend an hour
