Reviews
our guide Modi is very professional. although the weather is not so good we can also enjoy the wonderful view and every meet with the local lovely people
Our guide, Moti, was very good. Chatting while walking made it less tiring. He answered all our questions, treated us to milk tea at the Tea House, constantly checked on us, reminded us to be careful while walking, told us where it would be slippery, and kept pace with us. He also patiently explained things we didn't understand in English. Highly recommended!!!
A very good tour guide jeet Bhadur Nepali. provided good information and history. kind in the trip and bring a easy way to Australian camp and dampus. we had tea and lunch, after that we continue to downhill for an easy one day trip.
first of all, Kudos to the tour agent as they have make exception to pick us up at our hotel in Sarangkot. Mr.Purushottam is our tour guide of the day. He explain clearly on the itinerary in the tour van and gave us some background history about Nepal and Pokhara. We start our trekking around 8.40am. thanks to the good weather, we have wonderful view on the valley and the snow mountain. Mr.Purushottam is very knowledge and share with us many stories about Australia Base Camp and etc. He follow my wife closely as she is struggle abit at the beginning. He also happy to help us take pictures for the whole trekking session. His professionalism is 5 star level. right now I know that Annapuna means full of food. :) lastly, the tour agent gave us a choice where to drop us after our trekking session as our hotel is in Sarangkot. this really a good gesture.
The hike was such a scenic experience. Salika was so nice , supportive and make the whole trip very comfortable and enjoyable.
Our guide was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and well-prepared throughout the day trek. They set a comfortable pace, shared fascinating insights about the landscape, and always made safety a priority. The experience was smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable thanks to his friendliness and enthusiasm.
Australian Camp is a great place to visit without stress as a day hike from Pokhara! The guide gave detailed explanations about Nepal, so the entire tour was a fun and enjoyable experience. It was a fun trek, drinking a cup of milk tea and eating Dal Bhat for lunch.
In the morning, a shuttle will come to the hotel and take you to the starting point of the trek. There is a moderate climb up to the Australian Camp. Unfortunately, we were not able to see the full view of the beautiful mountains at the Australian Camp, but we were glad that we could see at least a part of them. After that, we went down while looking at the beautiful rice terraces. We were able to enjoy various beautiful views, so we were generally satisfied.
This is a great trip! I have a great tour guide! We completed the trip successfully! Although it was very foggy and I couldn’t see the snow-capped mountains, the villages along the way were also very beautiful. The tour guide even sang to me during meal time! very good!
Our guide, Moti, was very fluent in both Japanese and English, and was also very considerate, so even though I was alone as a woman, I was able to enjoy the trip without any problems. He was particularly knowledgeable about Nepalese culture, history, and the nature of the mountains, so we never ran out of things to talk about even after spending 7-8 hours together. It was a very good memory for me.
