Macau Staycation: Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau Staycation Package

Excellent stay during our time in Artyzen. 1. Guest services are unbeatable (especially..reservation desk). Brittany was kind to arrange upgrade to Grand room and opera cake was prepared foe our birthday celebration. Room is modern and clean. 2.Namm- Thai Restaurant was equally nice with very attentive staff and 7 course dinner was delicious. 😋 3. Artyzen is located next to Sands so coaches are available to Taipi area too. 4. Resort area with outdoor swimming pool next to Thai Restaurant but it's winter time so didn't go swimming. 5-star hotel. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

The hotel room was big and spacious. Loved the view seeing the fireworks display on the 58/F of Macau Tower. The buffet breakfast is ok, best to go early as seats are limited so be prepared to queue if you go too late

Amber, the front desk staff, and Hazel Ma, the yoga class instructor, are both extremely responsible and friendly staff. It is worth staying here just to meet these two staff members. The housekeeping staff, Billy and Ajun, are also very nice.

The hotel will have a dedicated person contact you from the moment you make the reservation. Since someone has booked the dinner for a birthday party, we will notify you one day in advance to arrange for a buffet dinner instead.

The exterior of the hotel is old, but the inside has been renovated and grand. Today is a birthday celebration. The hotel offers a free upgrade and a free cake. The Chinese food is delicious and comes in a package. The only thing is that there is no shuttle bus, which is inconvenient.

Cp value is high. Lovely view from our room. Everything is fine at hotel. Bbf food is just fair.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Although there was an issue with the air conditioning at first, the staff were very prompt and friendly to help solve the problem. The crowd control in the tourist tower is very good, you can watch the fireworks very comfortably, and the experience is unforgettable.

It was great to have a pool view when staying with my family this time. The hotel's afternoon tea and Thai dinner were delicious, and the staff's service attitude was good. I was very satisfied.

The hotel staff are polite, the hotel is clean and tidy, the restaurant has excellent products, the surrounding environment is convenient, there is a casino and a supermarket, highly recommended
