Additional Information

  • Infants and children, regardless of age, count as full fare paying passengers
  • Should infants/children require a special car seat, please pay directly to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey
  • If you are staying in the Docklands area which forms part of the boroughs of Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Lewisham, Newham and Greenwich, please book a Docklands Private Transfer (check the London area map)
  • Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) and golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances
  • A 50% surcharge will be applied for bookings made for 25-26 December and 1 January. Please contact us should you wish to book one of these dates.

I booked this via Klook. Before departure day I did worry about whether the car can arrive my service apartment on time and would like to double confirm via phone and email. Did NT get the reply but on departure date the driver arrived on schedule and help on the baggages. Very friendly and talkative. Good service.
