A great experience! it was so handy and has comfortable seat. It saves you time and energy after a long flight!
The driver needs to be a little later than expected, but he is kind. Thank her for explaining things to note in London along the way.
the driver missed us and we've waited for an hour
Thank you for choosing Klook and for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with the local driver, which caused you to wait for an hour. We definitely take your feedback into account. This has been noted and passed to the local operator for future improvement. We will coordinate with the local operator in ensuring such incident will never happen again. We appreciate your patience and kind understanding. Thank you!
Driver is on time. However, no call back for confirmation on timing. Had to call the tour operator for confirmation ourselves
Convenient and not expensive. The most important thing is not to carry your own luggage to get on or off the train or bus.
Really bad! Very disappointed! Before the tour, I have received confirmation that I have arranged the transfer. On the day of arrival, the local supplier actually said that I have not received any arrangements, and finally I have to go by car! After seeing it, I can't refund and claim back my fare.
Thank you very much for booking a road trip! I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to board the vehicle smoothly. We have forwarded this situation to the local service provider for verification. Our service specialists have contacted you for follow-up. Looking forward to your understanding and support!
Good service. driver was come on time and pick us up to Airport. The seat is spacious. Thank you
Spacious car for 6. The only downside is the punctuality of the drivers. Advised to set your pickup time earlier. Drivers were late for both airport and hotel pickup. Hotel pickup was more than an hour late. Call center claimed driver was late because of morning traffic.
The driver arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up, drive safely and arrive at the airport.
We are buying and returning to and from the airport. We have already completed the pick-up service. The driver is gentle and gentle, and the service is very cordial! Helping to carry your luggage is really good! And the delivery address is also correct! We feel respected! This pick-up service is really worthwhile, because we saw someone carrying the luggage up and down the MRT the next day, and some roads did not have a lift at all. If they looked very hard, they felt that our purchase was the right choice! When you come to London, if you have 4 or more people, you must buy this airport pick-up service. It is worth the money!
