timely timed tour. guide was amazing. mt wellington is so beautiful and mona is really interesting, you could actually spend more time there.
There was not hotel pickup as it said so. I tried to ask in Klook. The reply was there would be a telephone contact several hours before the trip. it was unreasonable as my trip started in morning. As a matter of fact, I would not pick up any international phone call . Fortunately the gathering place was easy to locate and it did not cause much harm without the pickup. However, I strongly suggest Klook removes the hotel pickup in the booking site.
The mount Wellington tour guide was really informative and we felt safe with her as well, and it was a beautiful ride up including the views at the top! highly recommend
mount Wellington was great. the guide was great but MONA was a huge disappointment!
