Reviews
really nice expression, no rush , friendly staff Gordon provided great service and introducing the area. relaxing trip! the lunch was fish and chip with salad for adult and kids were without salad, really considering and the portion was huge. you could consider to bring swimsuits or exchanging cloths for the little slide on the boat.
A very good experience, the tour guide A Yan is from Hong Kong and is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. We first went to Nelson Bay to get on the boat to see dolphins. Unfortunately, the dolphins only appeared once shortly after the boat sailed and disappeared into the sea before we could take a photo. We were not lucky that day. Fortunately, the weather was good and the sea breeze was good. Afterwards, there was a sandboarding experience. The local staff tried it out once and then they were free to play. However, since climbing to the top of the sand requires some physical strength, I didn’t go back many times before returning, but the experience was great! On the way back to the CBD, the tour guide was very considerate and drove us to where we wanted to park. He was really nice!
A great experience. Tour guide Gordon was enthusiastic and professional. He drove and explained the whole way. I am very satisfied and confident with all Klook tours and feel it is worth the money.
The tour guide and driver are very kind! Bilingual translation takes into account the different members of the group. Dolphin watching and sandboarding are quite interesting, and children love them. The only fly in the ointment is that the pre-departure notice reminded us to arrive at 6:45. We were worried that it would take time to check in, so we arrived at 6:30 and waited until 7:03 in the cold wind to see anyone. If there is no need to check in, there is no need to remind guests to wait at the door so early, and no one will answer them.
The small group tour is very mobile and the tour guide is very good👍 Everyone is on time👍👍 What needs to be noted is that the meeting point of the Central Station is on the second floor. Unfortunately, we only saw one dolphin🐬 Sandboarding is very fun and you can enjoy wine tasting There are four kinds of wine to taste and you can buy beer outside the winery🍻After drinking it, you will return to Sydney city
Tour guide Alfie is gorgeous, full of sense of humour and infomative guiding over the whole journey, a local australian but also fluent in Mandarin. Highly recommended to join the tour!
Alfie was very helpful to take gorgeous photos for the tour members throughout the tour. We saw dolphins, whales, wild kangaroos and even rainboo. What a lucky day!
Very reliable tour, without the routine of Chinese tourism. The tour guide Ai Fei is a foreigner who has lived in China for 10 years and understands Chinese culture. At the same time, the tour group is one, two, two, and feels down-to-earth. The entire tourist attraction is also very fun. A fish and potato meal is provided for lunch, which is very large. It is a satisfactory tour
A day trip well worth taking! During the trip, we went to a small winery, took a yacht to watch dolphins, and went to the beach or sand to take pictures by the sea. The tour guide who received us was very polite, patient, proactive and attentive. He prepared snacks and water for us and took a lot of photos for us! Definitely like this guy!
In the morning, we saw a group of dolphins in the sea, had lunch on the boat at noon, and watched koalas and went sandboarding in the afternoon. The bilingual tour guide explains each attraction and precautions in detail and clearly
