Private Full Day Komodo Speedboat Tour from Labuan Bajo by RRI 01

Leaving this review for every Chinese tourist who loves to enjoy and save money! As this private tour came to an end, standing on the pier, my tired mother said: "The experience today was truly intense." Being able to charter a boat with my parents, who are in their 70s, hike to the top of Padar Island together, and visit an almost deserted pink beach on the advice of our guide Andro, is a memory I will cherish for a lifetime. The fruit on board helped us replenish our energy, the brand new cushions allowed my father to lie down and rest comfortably, and Andro taking family photos for us at every attraction were all private services that exceeded my expectations. At the beach, my mother exclaimed that it was the clearest water she had ever seen in Indonesia. My father's first snorkeling experience made him as excited as a 17-year-old. Komodo dragons, baby sharks, coral, and sea turtles are all etched in our memories. When we went snorkeling at Manta Point, Andro went into the sea first to search, and after confirming the area where the manta rays were, he had the boat take my parents nearby, then used a lifebuoy to pull my mother to the area where the manta rays were feeding, and then held my father's hand, who was wearing a life jacket, to watch five black and white creatures circle and play in the sea. Seeing my father's red life jacket floating in the sea for a long time, I felt his joy and shock at seeing the free ocean giants. If you are traveling with 3 people, paying this fee may be more than double that of a large group, but the care and attention you receive is something you cannot experience on a hot, noisy, and unfamiliar large group tour (I have also participated in large group tours). But if you are traveling with 6 people, no matter how you look at it, this kind of chartered boat trip is the most cost-effective. A project with hundreds of reviews and a score of 4.8 is definitely worth it.

The itinerary was perfectly planned, allowing us to avoid crowds. It felt like we had each attraction all to ourselves. We even stopped for lunch at #MakassarTaka, where small sharks played right by the boat – it was so beautiful and dreamlike. Our guide, Robert, and the two crew members took excellent care of our family of three. The only minor issue was a small problem with the mouthpiece of the snorkeling mask; hopefully, this can be addressed in the future. At the end of the trip, they were able to drop us off directly at our hotel's pier, which saved us a lot of time. Ledi's arrangements were incredibly thoughtful. Thank you for this wonderful trip!

What a fantastic experience! The tour guide arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up. The private boat tour allowed us to arrive at Padar Island earlier, where we took some incredibly spectacular photos! On the way down, we saw a crowd of people just arriving. The tour guide proactively helped us take pictures, and during snorkeling, he led us to find manta rays and sea turtles, which we were very lucky to see! Thanks to Chris for giving us such a wonderful experience. Komodo is definitely worth visiting at least once!

A little bit tiring since it’s a whole day tour but the experience is like no other. The private boat makes it nicer for a small group.

Our one-day tour was originally scheduled for August 15th, but there was a 7.7 magnitude earthquake early that morning. Thankfully, we were able to go on the tour the next day. The service was excellent, and our guide's photography skills were fantastic; they helped us take many beautiful photos. Chartering a boat was a great choice, offering much more flexibility and freedom.

Can't say enough about how this is the perfect way to see the Dragons and experience Labuan Bajo. Our family with young kids (9, 7, 3) needed a flexible boat itinerary that didn't require the trekking and long hours. We were also trying to rush back to catch a flight that afternoon, so needed to get an early start with an early return. What else to say- we saw 8-9 dragons, snorkeled among the coral, rested on the pink beach, swam with the manta rays, and had a delicious lunch! Highly recommend!

The stunning scenery, Komodo dragons, and manta rays—we were able to achieve our goals at every stop, and we are extremely satisfied. The guide team was also very friendly, making this highly recommended for private family trips.
