Instant confirmation on the same day. Nice river view. Portion is big for two persons. Taste can be better. After tea, very convenient to visit IConSiam and Asiatique. Ferry from Sathorn to iConSiam only costs 8 Bt.
I was able to spend a relaxing time. I went on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded. There are a lot of scones and breads, so you'll be full, so it's best to go on an empty stomach. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet afternoon tea.
The location is easy to find, the food is delicious, the service attitude is good, and the view is great facing the river. The only drawback is that the seats near the river view are hot.
Many people commented that the food was too sweet, but it was okay except for the two red ones. However, there is no need for a reservation time when purchasing. Why are there 00:00 and 13:00 when making reservations? Klook, please make corrections. Afternoon tea is available from 2pm to 4pm.

Nice river view, plenty of food! They care about your allergies before serving. Drink was only one each ( usually afternoon tea set comes with big pot of tea or free refills, but it’s super reasonable already so one drink is ok for this price though) so if you want to drink more than one, have to pay extra money. But staff mentioned it before ordering that was nice and extra drink wasn’t expensive as hotel price. We got a little birthday cake as well :)

The service staff is very good. The view chosen is very beautiful, overlooking iconsiam. The recommended tea is also very delicious. Overall the desserts are delicious. Regarding the atmosphere, 10/10. Even if it's raining, the atmosphere is still good. I like that this hotel also has ballroom dancing. Enjoy watching.
We have great moment during the afternoon tea at shangri-la hotel. We enjoy the nice scenery with the Nice food. I will recommend to my friend
