Tuxedo Espresso Bar at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit in Bangkok

We had afternoon tea with two adults and a 7-month-old baby. When making the reservation, I emailed them to let them know we had a baby and wanted to do a surprise celebration, and they actually provided a complimentary cake! It was such a cute and wonderful surprise, making it an unforgettable memory of our time in Bangkok. The staff were also so kind, entertaining the baby and taking photos for us, which made it a truly wonderful experience. There were so many sweets that we couldn't finish them all, so they packed the rest to go. Everything was delicious, and I'd love to go back again.

The location is convenient and easy to exchange. It is located in the hotel lobby. The environment is not too high-end. The food tastes average, but the appearance is good and the check-in is top-notch. I also pre-ordered and always get what you pay for. Overall satisfied 👍🏻

I wanted to go for Christmas afternoon tea with my friend, so I made a reservation. After purchasing through Klook, I noticed there was a note saying I needed to make a separate reservation with the hotel, so I contacted the hotel by email, but I was told that the reservation was already made. The amount of sweets was large for the price, so I think the cost performance is excellent. You can take home any uneaten portions. I thought I could only have one cup of tea, but I was able to refill with other types. I would like to visit again at other times of the year.

Loved this afternoon tea. The lounge was quiet & hotel just a short walk from Asok BTS station. The service was excellent & the presentation stunning. See pictures attached.

Very beautiful and delicious afternoon tea set. Price is worthy when yiu booked from Klook, at least give you a discount 25% from normal price. Staff are very kind and well-responsive. Very awesome!

Since it's a lobby cafe, it has a very casual atmosphere. There weren't many other customers, so I was able to relax. Drinks were free, and the afternoon tea was satisfying in both taste and appearance. The portions are large, but they also handle takeaway smoothly!

I don't think you'll have any trouble finding it, as it's in an easy-to-understand location along the street. The staff were very kind, and when they realized I was Japanese, they greeted me in Japanese. You can relax and take your time, perhaps depending on the season you visit. The portions are quite generous, so I recommend going when you're hungry. The food was delicious too.

I was glad that I could get afternoon tea at a much better price than if I made a reservation on the official website. Another nice point is that you can drink as much TWG tea as you like. It was a cute-looking Christmas set. The tea was sweet overall, so you could take home any leftovers.

Loved this afternoon tea — so festive and cozy! Everything tasted amazing, lots of food, and great value for the price. Totally worth it!

Perhaps I was expecting too much for this experience since I had very good experience with afternoon tea in hotels in the Philippines. Here, however, the ambience was non-existent, it feels more like an extended hotel lobby than a hotel bar. The food was pretty, but taste was average and I find the savory treats too small. They also don’t serve complimentary water and we had to buy it for around 300 baht with service charge.
