- Visibility of Mount Fuji is highly affected by weather, and is lower in summer. It is recommended to check weather and visibility information before booking.
- Starting from April 2026: Konohana Onsen allows guests with tattoos; however, alternative onsens visited during closure periods still do not accept guests with tattoos. Japanese onsens require nude bathing. Please be aware.
- Outlet closure day: Once a year, on the third Thursday of February. On this regular closing day, the itinerary will be a choice between sightseeing at Lake Yamanaka or visiting Lake Yamanaka Onsen.
- [Regarding additional front-row seats] Front row refers to the first three rows of seats. The arrangement on the day will be subject to the guide's discretion. Please be aware.
- To ensure your smooth travel, please confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid making temporary changes. If you are unable to board due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be given.
- Please be aware: As this is a group tour, there may be guests speaking other languages traveling with you in the same vehicle.
- Guests who have booked the hotel pick-up and drop-off package, please wait outside the hotel lobby. For specific pick-up and drop-off times, please refer to the email content.
- We will send an email to guests between 20:00 and 21:00 the day before departure, informing them of the guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check it promptly. The email may be mistakenly classified as spam. During peak season, email delivery times may be delayed. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
- We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared car tour, seat allocation primarily follows a first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requests, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seats for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the guide's coordination on the day.
- Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The times mentioned above are only estimates. Please avoid arranging other activities after the tour on the same day. Our company will not be responsible for any losses caused by delays.
- During peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be slightly earlier or later. The specific departure time will be subject to the email notification sent the day before departure. Please be prepared in advance.
- As one/two-day tours are shared car itineraries, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any unexpected expenses and liabilities incurred due to tardiness. Thank you for your understanding.
- In case of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may adjust the operating hours of amusement facilities or show times, or even cancel the operation and performance of some items, without prior notice.
- This product may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. To ensure your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to stop outdoor activities and communicate with you to make alternative arrangements. The specific situation will be based on the actual conditions on the day.
- The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the guide may reasonably adjust the order of play according to the actual situation.
- Each guest can bring a maximum of one piece of luggage free of charge. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" section when placing your order. If you bring additional luggage without notifying us one day in advance, it may lead to a crowded compartment, affecting driving safety. The guide has the right to refuse your boarding, and the fee will not be refunded.
- We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of participants. It is not possible to specify a vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.
- During group tours, early departure or leaving the group midway is not allowed. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and no fees will be refunded. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving or separating from the group.
- Seasonal activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flowering periods, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow viewing, hot spring seasons, festive events, etc.) are highly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors. Specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to official announcements. If no clear official notification of cancellation is received, we will proceed with the original plan. If the flowering period or special activities do not meet expectations, no refund will be given.
