Unfortunately the voucher stated a 90 min experience. But upon arrival, it was explained that the actual snorkel time was only 30 mins. We were then offered a 60 min snorkel time (recommended) instead for $650 TWD pp. This had to be paid in cash. We asked about the voucher we had already paid for and were told we would be refunded. This only occured after numerous requests and then making a compliant to Klook. The experience itself was good... it's a shame because of the false advertising in Klook and therefore I can't recommend this experience.

I saw turtles, the service was good, and the stores were all very nice. Everyone can give it a try, there won’t be too many people.

We got off the boat, rented an electric bike, and headed to the meeting point. We applied for an hour extension, changed into wetsuits, and followed the instructor on the electric bike. We encountered many sea turtles at a point near Vase Rock. We were very satisfied to have our photos taken with the sea turtles. The facilities such as showers and changing clothes were also good.

The place to change clothes is comfortable and private. Shower gel, shampoo, towels, hair dryers, cotton swabs, and hair ties are provided. The highlight of the store is that it is also air-conditioned. We also saw many sea turtles while snorkeling and professionally introduced underwater life. ,Like Like.

The professional service of the instructor is also good. This time I saw a lot more turtles and even small ones while snorkeling.

Thanks to the instructor at 369 Snorkeling Shop for being very attentive. The children were afraid of water at first but later let go. The colorful underwater world is worth experiencing.

I went into the water again today and saw a lot of green sea turtles. The coach was gentle and polite, and he would patiently guide me. I have taught him three times, and I highly recommend him!
