Booking guidelines
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is eSIM compatible and not SIM locked
- iPhones purchased in Hong Kong, Macau, and China are not eSIM compatible

- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls and SMS are not supported

- Data package is valid for 180 days from date of purchase
- We recommend you scan/download the eSIM to install into phone BEFORE you travel, so we can assist you if needed
- The data package can only activate when you are at the destination country
Registration
- If you are going to Hong Kong or Taiwan, Real Name Registration is required under local laws & regulations before you can use Mobile Data in HK and Taiwan
- Online registration instructions will be provided in order email sent to you
Usage reminder
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- Unlimited data packages will follow the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). FUP refers to the Fair Usage Policy practiced by ISPs worldwide to throttle internet speeds on unlimited plans to prevent misuse or excessive use of the bandwidth provided
- ‘2 GB daily unlimited’ means that the first 2 GB is full speed, and thereafter the internet speed may slow down but not slower than 384 KBps. Each day is counted as a 24-hour block from the time of activation. Example: 6pm to 6pm
- Fixed data packages have no speed limitation. The package will expire when the data is used up. You can top-up more data via Klook

Easiest esim set up I have experienced so far. Connection is fast and stable, although I used it mainly for browsing. Also note that under HK law, you will be required to register in order to activate the esim. I recommend doing this prior to arrival.
the esim is really easy to install! I did the first activation in South Korea then continued when I landed in Hong Kong. it didn’t work at first. I had to submit proof of my real name with a pic of my passport and then it worked!

My first time using eSIM as the other klook sim card is sold out. Relatively easy to set up, just follow step by step process as provided in the instructions. Install eSIM needs wifi and to scan the QR code.
This is very easy to set up. It is alao convenient that you dont need to pick it up on the airport as the Esim is conveniently sent to the email. No issues with the data so far. Value for money. Were able to use internet even on non-wifi areas
