the trip was great! guide Betty doing gods work letting us push through the bad weather! everything went well!!
We joined the tour on 17/5/25.Our guide was Betty.She spoke chinese and english.She was kind and good at her job.It rained on that day.However,it made the waterfall more beautiful.We went to the strawberry farm,but we did not know how many kinds of strawberries are there.We picked only one kind of strawberries.The scenery at Ikaho was beautiful.The steps to the top was 365 steps.That day the lunch was shabu shabu.Overall,It's worth a try.
Our guide was Carter Sasaki. he was really patient and helpful throughout the trip. the trip was not rushed and he allowed us sufficient time for each stop to soak in the sights. overall he is a great guide and i will recommend him again.
My trip date is 2 Dec 2024. According to the itinerary it should go Tamara Ski Resort (Dec-Apr). However we were brought to Ihoha Onsen instead. Klook should have informed us about the changes in advance because the winter clothes & gear for skiing we have brought were wasted. The waterfall & apple farm were terrific & tour guide Carter is kind & helpful. Afterall, we are happy with the trip.
the strawberry picking experience was great. the strawberries were sweet and yummy and it’s all you can eat.
The tour guide did not turned up at the meeting point! Other passengers and I were totally left in the lurch! It was such a disappointment! Pls reconsider it you are booking this.
Traffic impacted the itinerary, resulting in very little actual playtime.
The tour guide only showed up 5 minutes before departure, making us almost think we'd been abandoned. Also, the "30-minute all-you-can-eat fruit" in the itinerary was different from what we expected. On the day, we picked two peaches from the tree to take away and received one as a gift (3 in total), but the peaches we picked were unripe and inedible. Plus, we were returning home in two days! We couldn't take them with us, so the arrangement was quite disappointing.
Love the tour! Food was great and service was good. Can pick 2 peaches and the farm gave one more for free! Will recommend to my friends and family!
