#Terms & Conditions:

• Any person or organization who purchases tickets for rides, performances or entertainment events agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Studio City Hotel Limited and the rides (management) reserve the right to amend, delete, and/or Additional rights without the consent of others. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Macau, and any person or organization purchasing tickets agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Macau courts. *Tickets are only applicable to the designated performance and performance period. If the date or time of the performance is changed, the management is not obliged to refund or exchange the ticket. The management has the right to cancel or reschedule the program, add, delete or replace performers, and modify the program content, performance venue or number of seats.
• Once the ticket is sold, it means that the transaction has been completed. All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.
• Tickets should be purchased directly from ticket outlets approved by the management and official ticket offices. Guests who purchase tickets from improper channels, such as resold tickets, will be refused entry.
• Tickets may only be used for admission to the relevant performance venue or ride and may not be resold or attempted to be resold at a higher price (whether via online auction or otherwise), or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to commercial competitions and promotional offers) or to advertise other goods or services, unless approved by management. The management reserves the right to cancel any resold tickets and prohibit such ticket holders from entering the venue or rides without refund.
• The management shall not be liable for any complaints, claims, refunds or refunds and shall not be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, nor shall it be liable for any delay or cancellation of a performance due to circumstances beyond its control factors, the management will not be responsible for any compensation other than the fare.
• Regardless of age, one person, one ticket; guests who purchase, claim or collect tickets must present valid ID, confirmation number and credit card used to purchase tickets or relevant confirmation documents (if applicable). Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-refundable, non-resaleable, and revocable. Once the ticket is modified, it will become invalid.
• If the ticket holder is found to be involved in fraudulent or other illegal activities, or if the ticket is found to be issued by mistake or there is a mistake in the redemption process, the management reserves the right to modify or cancel this transaction.
• The ticket holder is fully responsible for the transportation to and from the performance venue. Therefore, when the sea, land and air transportation is changed, late, service is suspended, postponed or canceled, the ticket holder will not be refunded or refunded.
• Ticket holders are solely responsible for viewing the show or using the rides at their own risk. Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and hazards incidental to any show or ride, whether before, during or after the show. Management will not be responsible for or make compensation for any loss, damage, personal injury or death (other than death or personal injury caused by management's negligence). Guests are solely responsible for the risks and responsibilities associated with attending and watching the show or using the rides. The management is not responsible for any personal injury, health problems, or death accidents that are directly or indirectly caused by the existing health conditions of the guests and that occur during performances or amusements.
• The management reserves the right to arrange seats on its own, and has the right to arrange seats different from those specified on the ticket without prior notice. If necessary, management will refund the difference between the original seat and the change seat fare.
• Illegal solicitation of customers is prohibited, without approval to promote goods, services, tickets or conduct any customer surveys.
• The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who behaves unruly, disrespectful, inappropriate, affects others' enjoyment of the program or poses a threat to safety. In this case, the management will not refund or compensate. Any spectator who causes a nuisance, behaves inappropriately, or fails to comply with requests made by management, will be removed from the theater without refund or compensation.
• For security reasons, ticket holders will be inspected before entering the venue, and any carry-on bags, packages or other personal items must be opened for inspection.
• Any prohibited items (including but not limited to glass bottles, aluminum cans or knives) deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the management department are not allowed to be brought into the venue.
• Mobile phones, any portable communication devices or other electronic devices should be turned off in the venue so as not to affect the performance. *Guests must wear clothing appropriate for public places and must wear shoes. Guests not wearing appropriate clothing and/or bare feet will not be admitted.
• The management will not be responsible for any impact caused by force majeure, such as delay or cancellation of performances, power outages, fires, explosions, floods, typhoons, rainstorms or similar disasters, strikes, labor disputes, abnormal bad weather, wars, Insurrection, riot, civil commotion, act or threat of terrorism, act of God, outbreak of infectious disease, industrial action, statute or regulation of a national or local government, government order or regulation, or any other reasonable cause beyond its control.
• Subject to clauses 5 and 19, for any rescheduled or canceled performances, regardless of whether the tickets are purchased together with the travel package, the management is only responsible for exchanging tickets or refunding part or the total face value of the tickets, and will only refund to ticket holders. Complimentary tickets will not be refunded in cash. *Studio City is only responsible for issuing or selling tickets on behalf of the organizer or organizer of the event indicated on the ticket. If the event is canceled or postponed, the organizer or sponsor of the event will be responsible for arranging the refund, and the ticket price will only be refunded to the ticket holder.
• In case of any dispute, the management reserves the right to make the final decision on disputes or issues related to tickets and admission.
• According to Macau law, smoking is not allowed in theaters and recreational facilities. *Guests entering and staying in the Studio City venue must abide by all announcements, instructions, restrictions, warnings and rules.
• Complimentary tickets will not be refunded in cash. In the event of a venue or facility being closed or a performance being canceled or postponed, complimentary ticket holders should contact the department offering the complimentary ticket to process ticket exchange.
• Please refer to the venue admission terms for restrictions on height restrictions, pregnant women, health conditions, late arrivals, parental permission for minors, age, photo and video recording.
• Performances may contain strong lights, powerful sound effects, smoke or special effects caused by pyrotechnics, water, machinery, light or other elements. The management will not be responsible for any health problems caused by guests enjoying the show or using the rides.
• The above terms and conditions are written in English and Chinese. If there is any discrepancy or conflict between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
• The management reserves the right of final decision on revision and interpretation of this coupon without further notice.
