Nimo's linguistic skills in both Mandarin and Korean made communication seamless, ensuring we understood every fascinating detail. Her patience and kindness shone when we got stuck in traffic and were late for the meetup. Instead of rushing us, she waited and even dropped us off at our hotel at the tour's end! Highly recommend whether its your first time to Busan or not. some of these places I’ve visited b4 but with our friendly guide/driver, Jack, he explained the history behind those places & Busan culture. His driving skills is good, you won’t feel dizzy, it’s was raining that day & he planned in such a way that we still managed to take the cable car ride bcus the rains has stopped. Jack is fluent in Chinese and he even recommended a few delicious places to eat & explore Busan. The tour group is small size, no long waiting time, which is what we love!

booking this tour has made it super easy, relaxing and an enjoyable sightseeing trip. booking tickets for the sky capsule is not easy for tourists and its a very popular activity to do. you are given enough time at each stop and the van was comfortable. highly recommend booking this tour.

Highly recommended full day package tour. The guide Ms 君彦 provided very professional service for the group by helping us take photos, ordered food for us and check on every member throughout the tour. Her time management was good, we have enough time at different places. highly recommended to look for her as the guide. This full day package covered the latest attraction of capsule car and tram rides, hard for tourists to book on-line. the guided package save time and trouble to move around so many sightseeing places on our own.

Great Busan experience for first timers! I don’t recall booking a Chinese speaking tour but I was fine with it just that places mentioned in Chinese would have completely be missed by me. It was a comfortable group of 5 of us in a car driven by our tour guide, Jack who was wonderful. He worked hard at taking us to our various stops and minimising our walking distance by rushing back to his car to drive to our drop off points for the blue line sky capsule, beach train and cable car rides. He gave useful background about each location and was helpful with photo taking. I had an amazing raw fish individual set at a famous eatery at Jalgachi Market. The day tour did not feel rushed given the number of locations and we had ample free and easy time in between for exploring and lunch. The views throughout the tour around Busan were so picturesque and beautiful. Definitely a must do tour that I would recommend!

This package provides the convenience of experiencing the rides and enjoying the scenery without the need to queue to purchase the tickets. The guide Mr YB is conversant in English and Mandarin and facilitated our programme seamlessly.

Best experience! The itinerary was great but it was our guide Jenny that made this my favorite day so far! Jenny was friendly, super knowledgeable and hospitable. I wish I could bring her along for the rest of my trip!

Jun Yan was the tour guide for this event. She explained very carefully and explained clearly what to eat. In terms of time management, it was really outstanding. I didn’t miss the train at all, which proved that I had put in a lot of effort! In addition, it can take beautiful photos of us. Anyway, thank you Jun Yan, I hope everyone can meet her! Also, I compared different tours before joining the Busan City Route tour, which includes tickets for capsule trains, trains, and cable cars. They are available at many places you should visit in Busan. It’s very worth it!
