I don't drive so having this pocket wifi made my entire solo trip in Perth to Margaret River to Rottnest Island quite easy as I navigate its streets and on where to get on for the bus/ train stop... Upon arrival though, no one seemed to know the Baggage Centre pick-up location .. they've been closed for weeks .. I practically walked through the airport from end to end .. so apparently, they just have a temporary kiosk in the departure area 🤦 I approached the guy there who was wrapping up the luggages .. I almost thought I made a mistake in booking for this .. good thing he was very helpful and called someone about it .. Took awhile for him to find the pack in their storage .. He said they didn't know they have something like it .. but I was very grateful .. I couldn't imagine roaming around without it .. I arrived at the airport at around 6pm .. I went out at around 8pm .. drop-off was at the same location and was quick ..
After only 1 day of use, the device shows a “code 6” error and tells us to contact customer service but we do not have a SIM to use for calling (we wanted to rely on the device for connectivity). We were planning to being it with us from Perth, Melbourne, then drop it off to Sydney but we are planning to just return it at the Perth or Melbourne airport.
