- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
- Some phone models are required to activate eSIM in the settings
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible

you have to activate the sim through their website first to use. this crucial element has to be stressed more . their customer service is responsive via email but it would’ve been better if the instructions on the get go are clearer. most spots in Taiwan are good, just some spots that are not that strong in signal
the esim works great even on areas you dont expect to have signals. it is highly recommended for map access. kudos to their email responder for their quick solutions.

I was very satisfied with the very cheap price. I forgot to register my real name in advance, so I was a little worried at Taoyuan Airport, but I was able to connect without any problems. I used 1G/day this time, which was enough, so I would like to use a lower plan next time.

immediately connected to 5G data when i reached taiwan. data speed not bad but cannot upload photos/videos to gdrive. cant even open bank apps. no problem with google maps, messenger ig tiktok fb though
