I can't use the tickets booked on Klook to enter the sloomoo studio and Klook doesn't give me any resolution. Ottawa cheat web. My kid felt so disappointed when she was refused to enter.
BEWARE! Had a very disappointing experience purchasing tickets through Klook. I booked tickets in advance for SlooMoo NY for a smooth and hassle-free process, but when I arrived at the venue, I realized the tickets they sent were for the wrong location (Los Angeles). This disrupted my plans and left me scrambling to fix the issue on the spot. Since the tickets were unusable, I had no choice but to purchase new ones at the venue, which ended up costing me even more. I reached out to Klook’s customer service hoping for a reasonable resolution, especially since the mistake was clearly on their end. Unfortunately, their response was underwhelming—they only offered a 30% credit, which doesn’t come close to covering the additional expense and inconvenience I experienced. I would strongly advise others to reconsider booking through Klook—particularly for this attraction.
