Usage reminder
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- If the daily data limit has been reached, the speed will throttle down and will change to 3G
- The package includes a pocket wifi device, charging cable, and pouch. However, the charging adapter is not included
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
Booking Guidelines
- Please select the date you estimate to start & end the service when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at the original retail price upon return. Note: Pick up date refers to the start of the service
- Complete the order by downloading the Yoowifi App on your phone. Log in using your phone number registered when you placed the order
- You will be required to input VISA/ MASTERCARD/ JCB Credit Card information and sign a deposit agreement for any possible surcharges upon pick up. Once the device is returned and checked, you may request to remove your credit card information

- You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

- Press the power button for 3 seconds
- Allow about 3 minutes for the connection to be established
- WIFI LED indicator on - ready for internet connection
- WIFI LED indicator off - no internet connection
- WIFI LED indicator flashing - service connecting
- Signal LED indicator on - the signal strength is shown by the strength LED indicator
- Signal LED indicator flashing - service error

- Please contact Yoowifi via WhatsApp or email for assistance
- Select the WIFI setting, connect to Yoowifi-XXXXXX, where XXXXXX is the last 6 digits of your WIFI device IMEI and enter the password
- You are now connected and good to go!
Drop-off/return Information
- The device will be required to be returned within 7 days of the last date of service. A prepaid mailer bag is included to return the device to be dropped at any SingPost box (https://www.singpost.com/locate-us)
Delivery information
- The device will be delivered within 3 working days of your travel dates
- Delivery time would be between 10:00-22:00 on Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- A local courier would be used to facilitate the delivery; therefore, delivery at a specific time (e.g. at 09:00, before 12:00, after 15:00, etc.) is not available
Surcharges
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: SGD100
- Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: SGD20
- Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: SGD20
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 day(s) before the selected activity date

But something to feedback is , at start my device works super well BUT till my very last few days of use , the device keep giving me problems , other than that , everything seems to be fine..

The connection worked well 70% of the time. The rest of the time the connection was patchy / very slowly and I had to restart the wifi router 2-3 times to get it back to normal.

Rent this wifi router if u want your trip ruined ! I especially loved the way it transformed my spacious open area into a no-connection wasteland. It's like having dial-up in the age of fiber optics. I have to constantly look for free public wifi so that I can use google search and navigate. it’s slightly cheaper then Changi wifi but I would rather book Changi wifi for my future trip. we were at the open area at the lourve museum and we don’t have signal. The tech support can even ask me to go another area to try. Thank you for ruining my trip
wifi didn’t even work like 1/10 of the trip. had 2.5 weeks in europe and half the time i can’t get the wifi to use to search for places. want to contact them to help with wifi also cannot. after the trip i asked for compensation since it barely worked and i had to constantly go into cafes so i can search my next few destinations. they said they don’t provide compensation. i would not recommend at all, i bought 2 wifi and both not working well.
Roaming is very expensive in Europe and getting a Wifi router is one of the ways to save money. Great deal with a 1-for-1 offer. We didnt face any issue at all while traveling in Switzerland except for a few minutes while going through the tunnel. A full charge also lasted for the whole day in our case however i still advise to bring along a portable charger just in case, especially when if you have more than 4 users connected to the device throughout the day. By the way one router can be connected by up to 8 devices. Highly recommend you to get this when traveling in Europe.

travelled a few time with this router. usual stable and quick connection. simple to use and great connection.
Received it few days before our trip, with a charging cable, device and return envelop. The only down side is they didn't provide a cover for you to put the device when you bring outside. The connection was smooth most of the time, but slower at countryside areas.
