We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Brian. His English is excellent, and he was incredibly helpful, sharing fascinating insights into Korean culture and daily life during the pickup and throughout the trip. We visited all the scenic spots, enjoyed feeding the adorable alpacas, and had a fun and pleasant rail ride with beautiful natural views along the way and the happy bubble tunnel was really magical! The all-you-can-eat grilled chicken lunch was delicious, and our romantic walk around Nami Island was a highlight. Brian’s hospitality was truly unbeatable, and we highly recommend both this trip and Brian to anyone visiting Korea! A 6-star experience! 👍🏻
Driver was polite, car was clean and everything went smoothly. I would recommend when booking to ask them to reduce the time at the petite France and little Italy to maximum one hour if you really want to visit it. The two villages are fairly run down. If you’ve actually been to these to countries then skip it altogether and spend more time on Nami Island. just make sure you communicate it upfront as they will need to book the rail bike time slot to match the itinerary.
Our driver Marcos was super friendly and thoughtful. Communications were clear and fast. After picking us, he explained the route for the day before moving off. Along the way he was fully beside us to talk us through the places of interest. Very pleasant and good experience. Definitely recommend this.
we got a driver Neal who is able to communicate with us in English and Mandarin throughout the trip. He is very friendly and chatted with us during the 2.5hrs drive not keep us entertained. Highly recommend him to be your driver!

Q: Is lunch included? A: Lunch is not included. Free time is provided for lunch and the guide will recommend nearby restaurants. If you have dietary restrictions, you may want to bring your own lunch. The Korean seaweed snacks sampled during the tour can be purchased after the tour ends (optional).
Q: Will the tour be cancelled if it rains or snows? A: The tour operates as normal in light rain and snow. Cancellations only occur in the event of extreme weather conditions — such as typhoons, blizzards, or official severe weather warnings — that result in the official closure of attractions or suspension of public transportation. In such cases, all guests will be notified in advance by email and phone.
Q: Is this tour suitable for children? A: Yes. This tour is very popular with families. The Alpaca Farm and Rail Bike are especially enjoyed by children. There is no minimum age requirement.
