5 stars! first time we ever did a private tour and we are so glad we got it through Klook for Alpaca World and Nami Island, a drive away from Seoul downtown. We are thankful we got our guide and driver Ms Hyein Park, who was so friendly, patient, and professional. we felt assured before and during our day trip, so important especially with two parents travelling with our young son. All of us enjoyed the animals and scenery so much, with memories to last a lifetime. Highly recommend, five stars! 🙏🏻⭐️

I booked this tour for my family of eight (one child and seven adults). Our driver and guide, Wang Yongho, was professional and helpful throughout our day tour to Alpaca World and Nami Island. We had one passenger that had mobility issues and he was very mindful of this need. Regarding mobility and accessibility, Alpaca World is a great place but not necessarily for a visitor in a wheelchair or motorized chair. The hills are very steep. if you want to just see the alpacas, you can do so by staying at the entrance pen to the park. Nami Island is also a bit rough to navigate because of the non-paved pathways and some stone pavers. if you have mobility issues it is rough but not impossible. Overall, given this info, I would definitely recommend this private transfer and tour for people who want to explore on their own but also have a reliable driver. Just keep in mind that it may not meet your needs if you have major mobility issues.

our tour guide seoungyong was extremely nice and inbetween each activity he would give us insight and pointers . he got us to each location and was extremely flexible (we wanted to cut one location short and longer at another) we had a fantastic day. the day went smoothly because of our guide. without it it would have been difficult to do as much as we did. I highly recommend this tour.

had a fascinating experience with our driver..our trip falls on the 2nd day of heavy snow downfall and Alpaca world was cancelled due to safety reason but it was subtitute to another place where we can also feed the alpaca..and great lunch place!! recommended..

Ms. Park Hye In, our tour guide and driver, contacted us via text message the day before to confirm the pick-up time and location. We chose to visit many attractions, and Ms. Park, with her professional experience, arranged the itinerary perfectly for us. She was flexible, allowing us to stay longer on Nami Island. Even after more than ten years in the industry, she remains passionate about her work, diligently introducing us to the best sights along the way. The tour ultimately took over thirteen hours to complete. We sincerely thank her for her arrangements. 😀

This private tour is very convenient and fun! Jin, our tour guide, made sure to explain the attractions we were about to enter into and helped us a lot in managing our time. Jin was also very good in planning the sequence of the places we visited so we would always arrive at the locations when there are not too many people so picture taking was easy and roaming around the area is without hassle! Jin also recommended us a very good restaurant for lunch and helped us order. Jin also very promptly notified me the day before our trip that he was our tour guide and the time he will arrive at the accomodation. Thank you Jin for a superb trip! Will definitely recommend this trip to friends!

booked the alpaca, rail bike and nami island package. my tour guide Mr Jooho is FANTASTIC! punctual and ensure that we don't miss any animal show timing. told him I wanna see snow (which is not part of th3 itinerary) he enroute to a ski place jus to fulfill my little wish. thank you so much

Driver was on time to pick us up at the place where we stayed, and we enjoyed the morning calm and rail bike very much. Nami island is slightly overrated, that was just our impression. taking a star off because of the lunch place that we were brought to. it was quite overpriced and the food served is underwhelming.

This is the most relax activity we had on the entire trip. Thanks to Kin who made sure that we were comfortable, on time, and that we will surely enjoy our trip. We left our hotel near COEX at 7:30 am, then went straight to the railbike tour. It was cold since it is autumn, but fun. Next stop was the alpaca village. The alapaca feeding was okay. It entails a lot of walking up on a hill. So I would not advise anyone to bring a wheelchair or a stroller. The feeding experience was average— nothing really special unless you love alapacas. The souvineer shop sells cute stuff and of good quality as well. We went for lunch at a Korean resto. i forgot the name— it was highly recommended by our guide. The chicken and pork was great! Tender and juicy. But best if you go early since their rice gets out of stock. Our last stip was Nami Island. It was full-packed when we got there. A picturesque place for fresh air, exercise, and unwinding. we left Nami Island at 5:35 and reached the main land back at 5:50 and finally reached our hotel at exactly 7:30PM. Lastly, I would like to emphasize that vehicle was far beyond my expectation— very clean! If anyone who would want to have a very relax trip, book this package! It is worth it.

We had a fabulous day with our guide Jack who took us to all the spots in the tour and patiently explained how to go around each sight . He picked us up promptly on time from our hotel as was our tour option. He recommended a great place to have local lunch and took us there. We felt safe and had a wonderful day tour. Though it was a long day, Jack was cheerful anf helpful all through. We 3 ladies enjoyed it very much. Thank you Jack.
