Newbies at tufting and it’s all thanks to Frankie that we got a 50x50cm carpet done. He is super welcoming and nice and able to tackle all the challenges we faced. Very time consuming (we took 6hrs to finish the whole thing) and physically demanding job but it’s fun to do with friends 🩷
The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient as they taught my husband and me the technique of tufting. We thoroughly enjoyed the activity and are looking forward to seeing our finished cushion!
Fun fresh carpet activity. I played with my daughter and I had so much fun spending 3 hours doing it.
This is our first time trying to craft our own carpet. The machine is very heavy, but easy to use. It is definitely a fun and enjoyable activity to spend an afternoon. Thanks to the helpful colleagues, especially Frankie, who gave useful advice and was very friendly and talkative. He guided us all the way through on the steps on crafting the carpet and allowed us space to work on our job, while lending his help in critical times. Without his help I would not be so satisfied with my own DIY carpet work. Would definitely visit again with friends
The friendly staff helped us create the design template we requested! After a quick training session upon arrival, we started working right away. The finishing isn't as meticulous as in Korea, but it's great to have my own rug at this price! I'm making great memories of my Hong Kong trip. They speak English well, so I recommend it to Koreans too! 👏👏🥰
The instructors teach diligently and patiently. Even if it's your first time, you can quickly get the hang of it, and you'll be very satisfied with the finished product.
Even a 10-year-old child can complete a carpet independently when trying to make it for the first time. The staff is friendly and polite, and the parent-child experience is worth recommending. I will definitely visit again. Special thanks to brother Frankie.
The instructor explained in detail and provided assistance from time to time. The experience was very good. Even as a novice, we were able to successfully complete the task and it was very similar to expectations.
It is great to have the pattern drafted by the tutor beforehand. The tutor is also helpful in explaining to my friend who only speaks in English and Mandarin. A nice experience in overall!
