wonderful experience. the spa was clean and the ambiance was relaxing. the lady who assisted us knew english so there was no language barrier. we got to choose that type of aroma oil to go with the full body massage, the therapist was great. theres complimentary dessert and tea. plus the location is just across K11 mall, near Avenue of Stars, so after the spa, theres many more attractions just below it. definitely will recommend.

Overall a very soothing and relaxing massage experience when I was tired. There were upselling but the extent was acceptable.

The massage and service are very good, and after the massage is completed, there is purple rice juice for free. But these are just some shortcomings, because it is a trial version, and everything will sell to others.

The essential oils are so fragrant and relaxing. The masseur's gestures are so good. After the massage, there is tea. You can see the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront view.

The masseur was a little more forceful, but not comfortable enough and needs to be improved. The aromatherapy oil has no smell, which is strange! The transportation is convenient and the environment is beautiful. The lounge has a sea view of Tsim Sha Tsui, as well as exquisite desserts (purple rice porridge) and hot tea. It is very considerate and comfortable!

The environment is beautiful, but the service is mediocre. I feel like the staff doesn't know what kind of treatments the customers are doing. They will sell you a join package after you finish the service. You have to refuse a few times on a first-come-first-served basis.

The trial price is very cost-effective, and the chef's gestures are nice and attentive, but regular price treatments cost much more. There was an offer, but it wasn't considered a hard sell. I declined and didn't ask again.

The masseuse Angel provides attentive service. She provides sugar water and flower tea. She doesn’t sell out during the massage. The environment is clean.
