Paris Versailles Helicopter Tour

Not worth it to pay . No instruction . Location hard to find . Helicopter flight at 3.30 i arived ad 3.12 but because the location hard to find and nobody inside also the door was closed so i came late . 3.12 i arrived if there is any person maybe i can take the helicoter (because the flight time is 3.30 right) When i arived because so confused because nobody inside i tried to follow the sign so i go to hellifirst(i think the place in there because there is house) so i go to there by walk and i ask there is hellicopter flight But they said i must go to door nunber 10 , after i go to number 10 and i asked somebody but they cant speak english but just asked me to come back because in door number 10 there is not helicopter flight even i ask the people in the street . Maybe there is any instruction in french but how people who cant understand french can understand that instruction . I want the refund but they reject us the reason another people no problem and i arived at 3.12 (but i said before if there is any person to open the door or there is any clear instruction so of course i can go inside and still can take the helicopter because that flight at 3.30) See at the photo that i upload nobody and no instruction ! Even there is sign i follow the sign but still cant go inside ! Please klook and hellipass know this situation and refund ! This activity not cheap ! And this is not all my fault!

The trip was great! The website said that it included the airport tax, but the airport still charged me with the airport tax when he checked in. The helicopter tour is unforgettable! The entrance is closed, just use the phone booth to call Helipass and ask staff to open the gate. The staff are very nice, pilot can speak English. Though some staff may not speak very well english, they are very nice to offer help and try to explain. The bird view of Versailles and Paris are remarkable! Very worth for price! Staff give us free luggage tag as gift!! The airport tax is included, but no proof so the staff still charged us. Klook should better indicate tax is included in Email or voucher that provide proof to staff. We need to apply refund after return home.

The location is convenience, friendly staff and wonderful experiences around Paris. PS: when you are in front of the entrance gate, nobody around and dont know how to open the gate, dont panic, just look around, there will be a phone booth, make a call to Helipass and they will open the gate for you, follow the sign board and you will be there.

This experience is very good, but it is worthwhile to go to the heliport staff to ask for the airport tax. I have already said here before, I found it in English, and I didn’t ask for it.
