A very disappointing itinerary. This trip to France was almost all arranged by Klook. Every one of them was perfect. Only this itinerary was very disappointing. The confirmation location mark in the itinerary APP is wrong. I waited at the marked location until the meeting time was up, but no notification was received. I contacted the local travel agency (French Travel Agency) and they explained that the wrong location was a problem with Klook. The tour group had already left. They could add another 22 euros per person and reschedule for another time. They suggested doing this. I tried to contact Klook, but Klook did not have telephone customer service. I could only leave a message with the AI customer service, but there was no response. The attached picture shows the wrong location of the sign. In addition, I also tried to Google the meeting location, but there was no relevant information. Klook should correct the wrong collection information as soon as possible and provide correct information to future travelers who want to participate.

Started the tour late. Says visit of Mona Lisa included but really just bring you to the room and leave you to fight for space, which bags the question, why pay the price premium for this tour. Guide was ok, but the info provided was quite shallow, getting an Audi guide would have been the same. Overall definitely not value for money unless you need to skip the line, which you don’t really need if you’re visiting during winter early in the morning. Line isn’t that long to begin with.

Hamish was our guide, he was quite good in guiding us thru the Louvre, certain things were discribe in detail where we wouldn’t have known if we were on our own or even normal automated audio guide. highly recommended

the tour was very concise and informative. its easy to navigate the halls due to guides strategic routes. was not able to see mona lisa due to long line.
