Reviews
The tour was really fun but what made the trip really great was because the people behind it are really accomodating and caring. As soon as I purchased, Ms. Alice already messaged me regarding the trip and a day before the trip she also messaged me to remind me about the trip and the pick-up time. Will was the one who guided us during the tour and he is really helpful and informative, plus points because he knows how to capture photos really well using iphone! Being accomodated very well means so much to me because I’m a solo traveller. Thank you Ms. Alice and Mr. Will.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great tour with a very knowledgeable and friendly guide! We had a really enjoyable experience on this tour. Our tour guide was very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining the history and background of every place we visited, which really helped us understand the bigger picture of Vietnam’s history and the Vietnam War. The way he explained the stories made the whole experience much more meaningful and astonishing. His English was also very good and easy to understand, so we had no problem following the explanations throughout the tour. The food provided was delicious as well, which was a nice bonus. One thing to note: we went on a Sunday (weekend), and the traffic on the way back to Ho Chi Minh City was quite crazy. The journey back took much longer because of the traffic, so I would recommend keeping some buffer time if you have evening plans. Overall, highly recommended!
We really enjoyed the trip! A special thanks to Seven, who was very passionate about explaining the history and taking good care of all of us. His English is also very good, which made it easy for us to understand his explanations. Seven was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the trip, and we truly appreciate his effort in making our experience so enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the whole journey! 😊
Our guide, Mr. Huy, was very friendly, patient, and made the trip enjoyable. We were a group of eight, and everything went smoothly because everyone was cooperative. One of the highlights was visiting a handicraft workshop and gift shop that supports people with disabilities. We were happy to purchase some items to contribute to the charity. The mountain scenery was beautiful, although the weather was quite hot and humid. Lunch was decent, but I think it could be improved by offering more meat dishes instead of mostly vegetables. The meal included an egg omelet, soup, chicken, tofu, and bananas, which felt a bit limited. I also felt that the second temple visit wasn't really necessary, as it was just a very brief stop before moving on. Overall, despite these minor points, I was happy with the tour and had a great experience. I would recommend it, especially because of our excellent guide.
Our guide, Huo (Justin), is very accommodating, nice, funny, and helpful. He is very knowledgeable of the places visited. Food is alright, served more on vegetable dishes. Sufficient and will fill you. The mini bus is okay. The aircon is not that strong but still depends on the weather. Early in the morning, it can be cold but in the afternoon may be kind of hot.
The day trip to Ba Den Mountain and Cao Dai Holy See far exceeded expectations. The itinerary was very well planned, starting with a comfortable drive from Ho Chi Minh City in the morning. We took a cable car up Ba Den Mountain in the morning, and the view from the summit was incredibly expansive. The gentle breeze and panoramic views of the Tay Ninh plain and vast farmlands made us instantly forget the hustle and bustle of the city. The afternoon visit to the Cao Dai Holy See was a visual and cultural feast; the magnificent architecture and unique religious atmosphere left a deep impression. I must mention our tour guide, Alice, whose professionalism greatly enhanced this trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Caodaism, and his explanations were lively and engaging, making what could have been a somewhat obscure religious culture easy to understand. He also paid great attention to detail, not only reminding us in advance about dress codes and photography restrictions inside but also thoughtfully accommodating everyone's pace. The local specialty dishes arranged for lunch were also very delicious. The entire trip was well-paced without feeling rushed, and to experience both natural scenery and cultural history so thoroughly in one day was truly thanks to Alice's thoughtful arrangements. I highly recommend this tour to everyone!
We had a fantastic day on this tour with David. He was very helpful and informative. He organised the day around the weather. So we went to the mountain first to make the most of the sunshine. Had a lovely local restaurant lunch. Then headed to Cu Chi tunnels. It was just on dusk and thundering which made fantastic atmosphere. The driver was very cautious driving home in the rain and we felt very safe. A great day out.
Johnny was a great tour guide! he provided us with historical context to understand the culture and history of Vietnam. Black virgin mountain is as going to an amusement park but with historical context. I’m glad I booked this tour!
Wonderful and Informative trip to Cu Chi tunnels. We learned about Cao Daism which was completely new for us. The Buddha statues on Bà Den mountain are a marvel of engineering and worth a visit. Phuoc was very engaging and kept everyone informed based on how long we had been in Vietnam. He ensured everyone had fun during the day.
Today was one for the books! 🇻🇳⛰️ Started the day with an unforgettable trip to Black Lady Mountain (Núi Bà Đen), taking the cable car all the way to the summit. The ride itself offered breathtaking panoramic views, but what awaited at the top was even more incredible—majestic statues, stunning temples, and impressive infrastructure perched high above the clouds. It was a perfect blend of nature, architecture, and spirituality. After taking in the sights, I enjoyed a delicious Vietnamese lunch at a local eatery, savoring authentic flavors that made the experience even more memorable. One of the highlights was learning about Cao Dai, a uniquely Vietnamese religion that beautifully combines elements of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, Christianity, and other faiths. Experiencing its rich culture and peaceful atmosphere made the visit even more meaningful. and thanks to Hung for being the best guide!
