I didn't receive any eSIM QR at all. I didn't receive any eSIM QR at all.
First of all, I couldn't connect in Japan and was asked to contact the service provider. The response to my questions was quick, but I ended up not being able to use it in Japan. I got through it by asking my friends and family to use the tethering service. Even if I contacted Klook, I was told to contact the service provider, so if they had written a note on the Klook explanation page about what to do when you can't connect and what to enter in your profile, I wouldn't have wasted time. It worked in Taipei, Hong Kong, and Bangkok, but at least it was 3G.
I can't activate it and can't cancel the order. Your company's customer service didn't solve the problem and asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. It's a very bad shopping experience.
I did not receive the QR code on the said date. I emailed them but took them few days to reply. I finally got the QR code the day I reached my destination. I was stressed and worried they won’t send the QR code 😭The coverage was quite bad in some areas.
I've got 2 esims at the same time but not sure why mine just couldn't get any connection while I was in Japan. I contacted Xplori and after several days, they sent me a backup esim for Apac. Good service!
