Driver was the best driver so far we have tried here in Japan during our private transfers. He was very friendly, helpful and polite. Best thing was the car was so clean, and in superb condition. Driver also prepared seat booster for my kid so we had a very nice and comfortable trip going back to our place after a tiring but fun day at Disneyland. I highly recommend this for othet tourists going to japan with kids and senior citizen.

Thank you to Rio for driving my friends and I to our hotel after a whole day at Disneyland. It was money well-spent as we were already very exhausted. The car was parked at the open air parking space (after exiting, go down to the ground floor, walk pass the Disney Hotel and the carpark will be on your left - don’t worry, your driver will send you his location; just use Google Maps to find him). kanaya-san was great. he arrived early, and tried his best to communicate with us despite the language barrier. only wished that we mentioned specifically about dropping off at hotel instead of disneyland parking, as our luggage was quite heavy.

I'm truly amazed by Japan, the driver was super friendly, very punctual. Don't get nervous if they send you a message the day before and via WhatsApp, agreeing on where to meet. Very clean and spacious. They picked us up at the hotel, very punctual, and we arrived at the park on time. The route is especially good for appreciating the views. Very quiet, since we left early it gave us a chance to sleep for a while. Once we arrived at the park, he told us where he would wait for us and at what time. Tell him to be late because there's a show at Disney at 8:30 pm, so you can agree to meet him at 9:30 pm. I finished my stay at tokyo Disneyland hotel and my next hotel was at Ginza. after I made the booking I was able to contact the transport company via Email and indicate the request for pickup at the Disneyland hotel which they promptly responded and helped indicate in the booking. on the eve of the pickup I was able to reach out to the company via WhatsApp and obtain the contact detail of the driver. I was then able to liaise with the driver and confirm the pickup location, I was also able to amend my pickup timing by bringing it forward by half hour. driver was promptly at the hotel 10 min before pickup timing. very helpful and we conversed in mandarin. I will highly recommend this service for its reliability.

After two consecutive days at Disneyland, I was too tired and wanted to return to Tokyo a bit earlier. I had originally scheduled the driver to arrive at 9 o'clock, but the driver was happy to pick us up half an hour earlier. He also proactively helped load the luggage into the car. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Finally, we arrived safely and smoothly in Shibuya in less than an hour. As someone who has been to Tokyo Disneyland many times, I know that leaving from Maihama Station is a painful experience, especially when carrying luggage and constantly changing trains. Therefore, this service is very suitable for people with large luggage or families.

Rest assured, I booked a van to pick you up from Tokyo Disneyland and drop you off at the Shinjuku Granbell Hotel. They arrived on time (actually, half an hour early). To be prepared, make sure the location and time are accurate. Double-confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations, as miscommunication can occur. Luckily, the LINE app helped with translation since I only speak Thai and English, and the driver spoke Japanese and Chinese. We communicated by typing on LINE, but we were able to arrange pick-up and drop-off safely at the destination. It's also important to use GPS to avoid dropping off at the wrong hotel due to similar hotel names, which almost happened. Overall, it was great! It saved us energy and allowed us to rest our legs after a long day at Disneyland. There were 8 members in our group, and it was perfect. Vehicle Condition: Clean and air conditioning was good. Service: The driver was Chinese and spoke Japanese as required. He was patient and provided excellent service. Highly recommended.
