Initially, I wasn't sure if the hotel was within the pick-up/drop-off range, but the customer service helped me confirm. Although the price is a bit high, it's really convenient when you have luggage. The driver arrived on time, and the bus was large, clean, and comfortable. I felt a little embarrassed being the only passenger that day.
Although it is impossible to board for some reason, the customer service staff of the platform still actively deal with related issues, which is very commendable👍

My flight and baggage were delayed by 1 hour, and the driver still waited for me, despite being the only passenger that booked this service. He was very friendly and the travel was very quick and easy.
Tania was our tour guide today - she was ultra friendly, helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable, energetic, punctual - all the best qualities you can hope for! the pickup point was easy to locate using google maps. I particularly enjoyed the glow worm cave experience - you actually get very very close to the worms!!! (nowhere else do you get to do this).
27/12 was a long holiday in Australia, and there were not many drivers returning to work. Fortunately, there was this friendly driver who was willing to return to work, arrived early, and took us to the airport safely in 36 minutes. So I hope I can meet a similar good driver next time!
