The pass was super helpful and we were able to do pretty much everything we wanted. The only issue we had was with the hop on hop off bus, because we were there when a bears game was happening the bus was not running as it was supposed to but even on the bus app this info was not available. Also to make it worth the price you have to really hustle around the city to get many things in.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will start with saying that Klook staff was professional and prompt with helping me with resolving my issues. My problem lies with Go City. I booked two day passes for a weekend trip with my mom. Upon trying to activate the passes at our first attraction, the receptionist there notified us that our passes had either been “used or canceled”. She said this had happened before but that I should call Go City and they would be able to update the QR code. That should’ve been my first indication of what was to come. I called them and they said that my passes were scanned two days before. I was in another state at that time, how could that have been possible. They said they would contact the site where our passes were used at to clarify and update me in 24-48 hours. Due to that, I would not be able to use our passes AT ALL. We wouldn’t even be in the state by the time they “clarified” the situation. What did I spend $300+ for? To twiddle my thumbs in a different state? And the 24-48 hour update? A complete joke. I had to email them myself more than a week later. Even then it took them another 2 days to respond just to tell me that my order had been canceled and that I should contact Klook for further assistance. Didn’t even bother to explain what took them so long. Choose any other deal here on Klook. This one ain’t it.

It’s very convenient to use. You don’t need to line up to buy tickets to the scenic spots. You can also look at the scenic spots above and plan a little where you want to go and the itinerary, which is convenient and cost-effective.

worth the price! We enjoyed the Marquee tour at Chicago theater and had a great time at Shedd aquarium. We also had fun riding the centennial wheel at Navy Pier.
