- Permanent Galleries are free of charge for Singaporean Nationals, Permanent Residents (PRs) and 1st Caretaker of Persons with disabilities (PWD)
- Valid identification must be presented upon request to qualify for concession admission
- Valid identification to be presented to the museum at the time of redemption.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
