Park Regulations

• To allow the grass to recover, parking and luggage unloading are prohibited on the lawn. Please park your vehicle in the park's parking lot.
• A primary form of identification is required as a deposit upon check-in and will be returned after confirming the room is in good condition at check-out.
• The park reserves the right to allocate tents and living room tents. If you have any questions, please ask on-site. We appreciate your understanding that tent changes may not be possible.
• Camping is an outdoor activity, and weather is one of the risks. We do not accept temporary rescheduling.
• Check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:30. Please arrive at the park before 21:00. Check-out is before 11:00 the next day.
• For activity package itineraries, check-in time is 13:00. Please arrive at the park before 15:00.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tents.
• Pets are not allowed inside the tents.
• Please cherish the facilities in the park. Compensation will be required for any damage.
• Let's jointly maintain the natural environment. There are trash cans both outdoors and inside the tents. Please do not litter.
• Please keep your valuables with you at all times. We are not responsible for any loss.
• Please check your belongings before checking out. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
• If the park finds any lost items, guests must retrieve them themselves or pay a shipping fee of $200 NTD. The park is not responsible for any damage or loss of goods during mailing.

Booking Information

• This park does not offer postponements or cancellations due to rain or cold weather. If you are concerned about this, please do not make a reservation at this park.
• The park has four Chief tents, two of which are located in an independent area a short distance from the main camp. Room arrangements are determined by on-site staff. Please be aware of this.
• When booking, please be sure to fill in your name in Chinese to facilitate on-site staff identification and room arrangements.

Notice for Those Who Have Already Booked

• In the event of irresistible factors such as typhoons or earthquakes on the day, the announcement of the New Taipei City Government will be used as the criterion for judgment. Bookings can be postponed and retained for half a year. In the event of irresistible natural disasters or man-made disasters on the day of the trip, such as road interruption or landslides, snow, or immediate danger, the park reserves the right to postpone or cancel the trip. If there is a postponement or cancellation of camping, the park will actively notify the reservation holder. Guests must consider safety when receiving the notification and should not insist on going up the mountain.

Please Evaluate Carefully Before Making a Reservation

• The location of the park generally does not accumulate water in rainy weather, and road conditions are not affected, so postponements, cancellations, or refunds are not possible.
• If experience activities cannot be carried out due to weather factors, activity vouchers will be provided and can be used within 6 months. Refunds are not available for activities due to weather factors alone. Thank you for your understanding.
• To protect your rights, please be sure to read the cancellation agreement carefully. Once the order is completed, it is deemed that you agree to the terms of this document. The park reserves the right to decide whether to grant a refund and to conduct a review.
