We had a wonderful time in a superb location. If you're bringing children to the pool, I believe it's free to use between 2 PM and 5 PM. However, our family wanted to fully enjoy both the pool and afternoon tea, so we arrived around 10 AM. We paid an additional fee (Rp650k per person) at the beach club to use the pool. At this beach club, you can also order food and drinks that are covered by the fee. Considering we also had afternoon tea, we didn't eat too much, but the children seemed to have a great time enjoying the pool. While afternoon tea alone might feel more affordable, our family was very satisfied with being able to enjoy the beach club in this location, even with the extra charge. Next time, I'd love to stay overnight.
Excellent variety of sweets and savoury! We were seated at the balcony and the view was perfect. Nice and friendly staff. Best customer service from Kristiani and Tari, they gave my son a special treat as it was his birthday too! We went down to the beach club after tea time and the whole place was just so amazing! Worth a visit when in Nusa Dua👌
I went there by myself because I was traveling alone. I took a grab bike to get there and back. There were other people who came alone, as well as couples and families, but it was spacious and had a calm atmosphere. It was really the best!! The afternoon tea snacks were very cute, and they were all bite-sized, such as burgers, sandwiches with beef, and bread with cheese, tomato and basil sauce, but they were all bite-sized but filled me up. The sweets were also delicious. I ordered drinks such as juice and coffee at my seat and was able to relax. Water is available at the buffet. I arrived a little early, so I told them I wanted to sit on the terrace, and they seated me on the terrace. If you have a seat preference, it's a good idea to go 15 minutes early or make a reservation by phone. When you arrive on the terrace, just tell the staff your name or show them your voucher and they will understand right away. The staff are all smiling and kind, and the hospitality is great! I think the service is better than in Japanese hotels (lol). There are many seats and many people, but because of the openness, it doesn't seem crowded and you can relax. There is always live music playing, which is comfortable. If the wind is too strong, indoor seats may be better. The view is also great, so the terrace seats are the best. It was really wonderful and everything was good. After the meal, you can go to the pool by taking the elevator away from the lobby to the first floor. There are towel rentals on both sides of the pool, so if you tell the staff there, you can borrow a large towel (free of charge). To change clothes, there is a staircase going down near the restaurant in the middle of the pool, and if you go down there, you will find a toilet + shower + locker (with lock). You can also use the beach and poolside sofas for free. However, the sofa with a ceiling and curtains in front of the beach seems to be only for hotel guests, and it costs 500k for visitors to use that sofa. So I sat on the sofa by the pool, but it was no problem at all. It was a good enough sofa. The shower room had body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It was so open that I enjoyed it even by myself! ! I've been to other day use hotels and this price is too cheap for the price including afternoon tea!! I'd like to come back when I come to Bali!!
Amazing selection of sweet and savoury delicacies, with an impressive view of the ocean and surrounding hotel area. The tea is for up to 3 hours in which you can dine and relax at the seats with the view. The food and drinks are free flow, and its Muslim friendly. Highly recommend.
Afternoon tea is self-serve buffet style. Seats are prepared in advance, and drinks are ordered from the menu. At that time, it is better to tell them that you are making a reservation through KLOOK. After afternoon tea, you can take the elevator to the pool on the first floor. I asked the staff at the main pool in the back not knowing that I could use it, and was told no, but when I checked again with the staff at the family pool in the front, I was told that the entire pool was available for use. (As of February 2024) *Klook may not have informed you that you can access the pool with this plan. You can also order drinks at the pool for an additional fee. (Please state that you are a visitor at checkout and pay)
Flawless execution! The dishes at Koral are a harmonious symphony of flavors, beautifully presented and expertly crafted. The staff's attention to detail and warm hospitality create an atmosphere that elevates the dining experience to new heights. A must-visit culinary haven in Bali.
It was a very nice and stylish hotel. We were able to use the beach and the pool and enjoyed it. The afternoon tea was the best. It was delicious and very good value for money. I was very satisfied with everything. There were a lot of children so I was worried that we might be bothering everyone, but we were seated on the terrace so it seemed fine. Both adults and children could enjoy themselves, and it was so comfortable that we ended up staying for more than six hours. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.
worth the money. nice experience to try during your visit in Bali. the view was spectacular and lots for varieties of savoury, sweets and drinks to choice from.
The lobby is very impressive, the decoration and design are very Balinese, and the fish pond at the door is very popular with children. The Kempinski Hotel is built on a mountain, and you have to take more than 10 elevators to the swimming pool and beach at the foot of the mountain. The scenery is super spectacular. There are more than 20 kinds of snacks for afternoon tea, and many of them are delicious. Don't choose juice for drinks, I tried several and they were not tasty. In the end, I drank coffee. The manager helped us adjust our seat from indoors to the reserved seat with a sea view, which is so beautiful. Couples should come here for romantic memories.
This is the higlight of our Indonesia trip. The price for a five star hotel experience and the selection of food was out of this place. Will definetely go back if given the chance.
