One of my favorite experiences in Uluwatu. The room was spacious and stunning, with an amazing view of the island. Had the best Balinese massage from Ensi, I managed to relax the moment she laid her hands on my skin. ❤️ recommended to friends, would definitely visit again.

The place is very beautiful. Receptionists are very welcoming and helpful through out the registration. My masseuse was Rita, she did a really good job that I slept off during the session. 10/10 will book again if I’m back in Uluwatu next time!
this was by hands down one of my favourite messages! got the 90min hot stone massage and my masseuse- Ayu - was amazing! just the right amount of pressure to undo all the tension but not hrs enough that it was unpleasant! It was just right! greeted with a cucumber and honey drink and cold towel -at the end there is a shower room with ammenities and a fantastic hair dryer! when you finish and are downstairs they finish with a ginger and honey tea and cookies! Perfect! I got this with the Klook spa and dine package and it was well worth it!!

The booking process was terrible. When I booked through Klook, I had already selected a specific appointment time. However, on the morning of the scheduled day, at 8 AM, I received an email from the spa saying they didn't have availability for my 11 AM appointment and I needed to reschedule for 3 PM that afternoon. I couldn't make that time and requested a refund, but they told me to contact Klook. I only ever received AI responses from Klook, and by then, the free cancellation period on Klook had already passed. The spa said they would contact Klook, but after a week, I still haven't received any updates from the spa.
